We are looking to appoint a talented English Practitioner with expertise to make a distinctive contribution to improving teaching and learning by sharing their skills with experienced, developing, beginning and intending teachers.  The successful candidate will play a key role in leading, supporting, guiding and motivating teachers and co-professional ensuring their performance to ensure students make exceptional progress.

We are looking to recruit talented Teaching Assistants who are good team players, flexible, reliable and committed to the success of students with additional needs.  The roles will be supporting students with their learning across curriculum subjects.

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR (Temporary in the first instance until July 2018)

Grade C NJC 14-18 (£14,002 - £15,077 actual salary) 37 hours per week term time

We are looking to recruit an administrator to join our main admin office providing admin support with various support functions in the school.  Applicants should be good communicators with excellent IT skills and be flexible and adaptable in undertaking a wide variety of administration duties.

COVER SUPERVISOR    

Scale D NJC 19-23 (£11,981-£13,593 actual salary)

27.9 hrs x 38 wks per year (8.30am – 3.05pm term-time plus 3 training days)   

A cover supervisor is required to facilitate students’ learning in the absence of teachers.  Applicants should have a strong commitment to supporting young people to learn, a willingness to develop learning materials and be able to create a good rapport with students.  The ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team is essential.  Training and support will be provided to undertake this role.
