Students receive up to date information, advice and guidance from the Careers Leader, Mrs Marshall. The Academy also offers independent careers meetings with a Level 6 Advisor from CSW, (https://cswgroup.co.uk/). This means that students are able to make informed decisions as to which post 18 pathway is appropriate for them, leading to sustained career destinations. 

Students are encouraged to consider all opportunities available to them, ranging from university degrees, higher and degree apprenticeships, gap years and full-time employment, particularly for those who have followed a vocational pathway. This advice is done in such a way that those students who are not sure of their final destinations in life are helped to keep as many doors open as possible, thus allowing them to progress successfully once completing their studies in the Sixth Form.
